Rimini, which is located on the Adriatic Sea, has coupled with Riccione as the two most popular seaside resorts in the Adriatic Rivera. Unlike Riccione, Rimini is not known primarily for its nightlife, but rather for its many unique works of architecture and ancient sights. Ancient places like the Tiberius Bridge, which was built in 21 BC draw in the tourists, but don't worry, there will still be plenty of chances to get sunburned or to dance the night away, if that is what you desire. Gothic architecture and ancient fountains are not for everyone and like Riccione, Rimini draws a number of younger tourists who are only interested in fountains if they are spewing out beer.
