Treviso overview

Treviso Travel Guide
Treviso is a mid-sized town between Venice and the Dolomites in north-eastern Italy and is a good alternative if you can’t find a hotel room in the canal city. It has become a tourist hotspot itself in recent times, owing to its previously unrealised historic centre and its nearby wineries. Treviso also has an oversupply of top-end restaurants and hotels and is becoming somewhat of a magnet for members of the hoity-toity crowd. Sights to see in the town include a couple of stunning ancient churches and more fancy villas than you could poke a stick at. Treviso has its own airport and receives trains from Venice.
